The "civilian" is the hotter of the two, I'd suggest. The prettyboy cop looks like some of the Beverly Hills and Santa Monica officers I've seen. Unfortunately, this could've been a whole lot more erotic than it was. Hot bodies can't always overcome wretched acting and a horrible script. Still, they are very easy on the eyes, particularly the top.
